WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
- Ready-to-Ship: Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from your order date.
- Made-to-Order Dolls: Your order will be processed and shipped within 12 business days from your order date.
- Made-to-Order Accessories: Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days from your order date.
The above timelines are current and are always updated. Please note that if you buy a Ready-to-Ship doll and also order accessories, then your whole order is on the Made-to-Order Accessories timeline.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide:
- United States – USPS Standard Mail is 3-10 days shipping time and USPS Priority Mail is 1 to 3 days shipping time. Both come with tracking number and Priority includes email tracking notifications. Their delivery days for both services include Saturdays but do not deliver on Sundays and major holidays.
- International – USPS First Class Package International, 7 to 21 business days shipping time with tracking number. It is up to the country’s postal office to continue to update the tracking status of the package once it crosses the border, therefore, if they do not update the status, then we do not have any way of knowing where the package is until it arrives at its destination. Any duties and taxes assessed at the border will be your responsibility.
USPS does not guarantee any delivery dates for the services above. We ensure each order is clearly labeled, and properly & securely packaged for shipment, therefore, we are not responsible for any damage during transit or lost packages. Full tracking information is only available for United States, International tracking is usually unavailable once the package leaves the United States.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN READY-TO-SHIP & MADE-TO-ORDER?
- Ready-to-Ship: Dolls in this category are not customizable and what you see in the pictures is what you are buying. They are already made and ready for their new homes.
- Made-to-Order: Dolls and accessories that are made when ordered. Because you can customize these dolls, we start to make them after we have received your order. The features you can customize for each doll differ depending on the collection they are from, please see individual listings for details. All doll accessories under Accessories are also all made-to-order.
WHAT KIND OF DOLLS DO YOU HAVE?
Our Expressions Dolls™ come in two sizes in length, 16″ and 12″; these dolls have changeable eyes and mouths to show different moods and feelings. They all come with 2 sets of eyes, 2 kinds of mouths, a sewn-on backpack for storage, and a removable skirt. The 16″ dolls also come with a pair of removable shoes; the shoes on the 12″ dolls are sewn on. The materials we use for these dolls are: 100% cotton, wool blend felts, VELCRO® brand fasteners, ribbon, and filled with 100% premium polyester fiberfill; some also have trimmings and other embellishments. Expressions Dolls are suitable for ages 3 and up due to the removable small pieces.
Our Cutie Dolls™ are 8″ in length and comes in twos with each doll having a different hand-embroidered facial expression on it. The materials we use for these dolls are: 100% cotton, wool blend felts, and filled with 100% premium polyester fiberfill. Because these dolls do not have removable pieces, they are appropriate for children of all ages. Therefore, babies and toddlers can start learning about different feelings, moods, and facial expressions at an early age. Adult supervision is advocated for young children during playtime.
HOW AND WHERE ARE YOUR DOLLS MADE?
All our dolls are handmade in Arizona, USA, and are both machine and hand sewn. Details on all eyes and mouths are hand-embroidered with extra care. All seams are securely sewn for maximum play. All doll patterns used are originally created and copyrighted by Jessica Dolls LLC.
CAN I SEND THE DOLL(S) DIRECTLY TO MY LOVED ONES?
Yes, you sure can! You will be able to provide a shipping address that differs from the billing address. You can provide a personal note with your gift by entering your messsage in the “Order Notes” box in the checkout process. We will then only ship the doll(s) and a note card with your personalized note in it, without any invoices with pricing on it. There is no extra charge for this service.

WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME TAXES?
All orders shipped to Arizona will have city and state taxes charged to the customer, even if you are ordering from a non-Arizona state. We are a legally formed company and abide by local, state, and federal tax regulations.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You may refund your Ready-to-Ship merchandise by contacting us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Your order must be in its original packaging, unopened, not played with and not been on sale at the time of purchase. Refunds apply only to the original buyer, his/her credit card on file. Shipping costs for your return is your responsibility. Made-to-Order and discounted products are final sales and no refunds or exchanges are available for these orders.
